Who are we?

Specialized in company animations for more than 20 years, our expert team create dozens of event projects each year, everywhere in France, Swiss and Belgium, but also in other European countries.

Our motto at 10Torsions is to approach issues in a playful way. Indeed, it is easier to deal with serious subjects in an entertaining and innovative way.

10Torsions commits to make you stand out from the crowd: discover unusual and original activities.

We offer fun, innovative and dynamic animations and we’re constantly searching for new ideas. Déja-vu is our opponent, normality our worst ennemy!

While one might think that some of our services come down to organize simple games, our activities and trainings rely on a strong theory and a true experience.

Our scenarists design, write and adapt animations but above all, listen to our clients. It is thanks to this attentive and open listening that our scenario are garantees of success of our activities.

All our services are available in English. Our team is perfectly fluent, able to support and guide efficiently an English-speaking team.

Environmental commitment

We offset all our CO2 emissions by planting trees in partnership with the “association écologique et forestière franc-comtoise“!

But that’s not all: since 2007 we have signed a voluntary ecological charter and we truly commit to it. For example, we have given up air conditioning in our premises since 2010 to respect the environment

Since 2013, 10Torsions uses the car-sharing services provided by Citiz and encourages to carpooling. Since that year, we have also given up on banque cheques (emission and cashing) because its processing and transportation is an environmental heresy. We have taken steps to reduce paper consumption as well.

A “Serious Game” training organization

Our goal being to offer you more than unusual animations, we work on each of our services so that they bring a plus to your team.

Depending on your issues, we adapt our training and we offer you different scenarios: to strengthen cohesion and team spirit, reinforce negotiation potential, source solutions to crisis situations, or support your teams to find motivation and the desire to excel together.

Therefore, we regularly carry out personalised Serious Games, as part of internal trainings or training scenarios. We are pioneers in gamification on business issues.
